I have submitted an application for withdrawal of funds from the FinMax trading platform at 26 April 2019, the FinMax manager did not contact me until now (7 May 2019) (a mandatory condition for withdrawal of funds is a voice confirmation for withdrawal), the FinMax broker presents itself as a reliable provider of services in the trading market, and undertakes within two working days to ensure the withdrawal of funds on request from the client, in fact, the client’s application is ignored, the money is not withdrawn.
The reason for refusal at the end of the month was the fact that the manager did not want to call me, and when I finally reached the hotline, they asked me to send the request for money withdrawal again.
It is not a big amount – just $50, but it has not been paid yet.
